So how does it work?
Here's a Video Overview to Guide you through the Process.
GotCreditCardDebt.com is not a debt settlement, tax relief, or a licensed lending company. We simply refer people in need of different solutions to the companies we deem worthy based on the information we receive when you fill out our application forms. We choose our partner companies based on their customer reviews and their industry experience, ensuring that you get the best possible service and the team to help you overcome your financial situation. The companies we refer you to will try to call, text or email you to get your case started. So, by filling out our application, you agree to our terms of service and your information being shared with our partners. Debt Settlement. On average, consumers who successfully complete a debt relief program see average savings of 40% to 60% of their enrolled debt load before program fees. Program fees are calculated based on a percentage of your enrolled debt and typically range from 14% to 27%. Programs are not available in all states, and fees may vary by state. Programs typically run from 24 to 48 months, depending on a consumer’s debt load and individual circumstances. Consumers must save at least 25% of the total amount of each enrolled debt before a debt relief company can make a bona fide settlement offer to a consumer’s creditors. Settlements typically occur every 3 to 6 months, with clients receiving their first settlement within 4 to 7 months of enrollment. Although we cannot guarantee specific results, we work closely with consumers to ensure they are connected with a debt relief provider that can achieve their best possible outcomes. We do not assume clients’ debts, make monthly payments to creditors, or provide tax, bankruptcy, accounting, legal advice, or credit repair services. Please contact a tax professional to discuss the tax consequences of debt relief and a bankruptcy attorney for more information on bankruptcy. Please note that using debt resolution services will likely have an adverse effect on your credit, and you may face collections or lawsuits from creditors or collectors. Additionally, your outstanding debt may increase due to the accrual of fees and interest. Before enrolling, it is essential to read and understand all of your program terms, conditions, and materials. Please note that certain types of debts may not be eligible for enrollment. Also, some creditors may not be eligible for enrollment because they do not negotiate with debt relief companies. Debt Consolidation Loans. There is no guarantee that you will be approved for a loan or that you will qualify for the loan amount, interest rates, or terms displayed. Your application may not be approved if you are unable to meet our third-party licensed lenders’ full credit eligibility criteria, including income verification, creditworthiness, and credit usage and history. The loan products offered may not be available in all states. Annual Percentage Rates (APR) range from 5.99% to 12.99% APR, with the lowest rates for the most creditworthy borrowers. Loan amounts range from $10,000 to a maximum of $500,000. Loan terms range from 4 to 60 months. Loans are subject to an administrative fee. Read all program and contract terms carefully. Tax Relief. Individual results will vary based on circumstances, including your ability to provide our partners with information that is accurate and timely. We do not guarantee that your taxes owed will be lowered by a specific amount or percentage, that your taxes owed will be paid off within a specific period of time or guarantee you will qualify for any IRS programs. Penalties and interest will continue to accrue until your tax liability is paid in full to the IRS. Our tax resolution partners are independent from the IRS. They do not assume taxes owed, make payments to creditors or provide tax, bankruptcy, accounting or legal advice.
